Overview
Miro is an online collaborative whiteboard that allows students and instructors to work together visually in real time or asynchronously. Users can add text, images, sticky notes, diagrams, documents, links, and templates to a shared workspace. Miro can support brainstorming, project planning, concept mapping, group activities, and collaborative problem-solving.
In the Classroom
Miro is a digital whiteboard space that supports collaborative knowledge building and visual problem-solving by:
- Giving students a shared space to brainstorm, organize ideas, and make connections visible
- Supporting collaborative activities such as concept mapping, project planning, analysis, and group problem-solving
