Valuing Student Experience as the Compass for Your Accessibility Journey

The research tells us that when learning is more accessible, student persistence, retention, and satisfaction all increase. But what do students tell us? What does that change (or lack of it) look like from where they sit? What can we learn from those student perspectives that will guide how we approach accessibility? This session will give you a chance to hear from and talk with students directly about the barriers they face and how accessibility impacts their learning experiences.

This is the first of three sessions in our Progress Over Perfection: A Journey to More Accessible Teaching & Learning series. Although the sessions will build on each other, you can choose the session(s) that align with your schedule and interests. And feel free to bring your lunch!
