Overview

Hypothesis is a social annotation tool that allows students and instructors to highlight and comment directly on course readings and other digital materials. Students can respond to one another’s annotations, ask questions, and participate in discussions connected to specific passages, images, or moments in a video. It can be used with web pages, PDFs, e-texts, images, Canvas pages and videos to make reading a more collaborative activity.
